2008 After graduating from the Tsujicho Group French School at the top of his class, he received training at the 3-star restaurant Troisgros in Roanne.
2009 After returning to Japan, he entered the 3-star restaurant Ginza L'osier. start a career as a chef
2011 Traveled to France for the L'Osier renovation project and entered the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris.
After returning to Japan in 2012, participated in the opening of the 2-star restaurant ESqUISSE. 2017 Appointed sous chef
2015 Participated in the S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 U-30 World Championship held in Milan as the first representative of Japan
2020 Opening of gastronomy restaurant “l’élan” Restaurant “bonélan” cafe, deli & bar “uni”
2022 Acquired 1 star in " Michelin Guide Tokyo 2023 "
